Surface Shields is proud to formally announce a new LTL (less than truckload) agreement with FedEx® Freight services. This exciting agreement will improve our level of service by reducing shipping times to many customers, providing detailed shipment notifications and tracking emails, and by simplifying internal processes.

Program Highlights:
FedEx tracking is efficient and a standard worldwide. With our programs in sync, automatic emails will be sent to each customer linked to the shipping destination address. Customers will be able to track the status of their shipment via email. We will also be setting up a tracking portal on our website that can be used for shipment tracking (Q4 2017)
FedEx is the premier LTL carrier and will allow Surface Shields to greatly increase both the weight limit per order but also base pallet limit. This efficiency will allow Surface Shields to move more orders faster than ever before.
Surface Shields will work from scheduled trailer drops throughout the day and remain in contact with local FedEx terminals for additional live loads as needed. This will prevent waiting for specialty carriers and allow the Surface Shields team to move more orders faster than ever before.
