How do I install Water Shield?
Place on desired surface and unroll. Cut to length with utility knife. Seam multiple pieces together with tape. Do not adhere tape directly to floors. When finished, simply roll up Water Shield and discard.
How is Water Shield different than kraft paper?
Water Shield is thicker than traditional kraft paper. With a scrim reinforcement, it is more tear resistant and water resistant than kraft paper.
Does Water Shield come in an FR version?
Yes, if you are on a job that requires flame retardant materials for safety, Water Shield FR is tested and certified to meet NFPA-701 standard.
