This kraft paper is the preferred alternative to “Red Rosin” paper. This construction grade kraft paper protects many types of hard surfaces, cabinets and countertops from foot traffic, paint and spills. These breathable brown kraft paper rolls are easy to install, non-staining, reusable, and biodegradable. To install, simply cut the flooring paper to surface length. Seam multiple pieces together with blue painter’s paper. Do not anchor the construction grade kraft paper directly to floors without testing.

Does Kraft Shield stain when it gets wet?
Unlike red rosin paper, Kraft Shield does not stain if it gets wet. We do recommend replacing Kraft Shield if it does get wet.
